Recipes for bread maker

Here are some recipes for baking bread in the bread maker with our flour. Using them, you can gladden your relatives with tasty and aromatic bread :-)

Sweet cake-bread with raisins

Ingredients:
Instant dry yeast - 2.5 tsp or fresh yeast - 15g
Wheat flour - 450g
Salt - 0.5 tsp
Eggs - 3 pcs
Sugar - 6 tbsp
Vanilla sugar – 1 package
Vegetable oil – 6tbsp
Raisins, dried apricots, apples - full dispenser
Milk (water) - 100ml

Sprinkle yeast on the bottom of container of bread-maker, sift flour on the top of yeast, add other ingredients, pour milk (water) in the end. Bake with the program "Basic", mode "dough with raisins," average crust.

Milk Bread

Ingredients:
Instant dry yeast - 1,5 tsp. or fresh yeast - 11 g
Flour - 500g
Salt - 1.5 tsp
Sugar - 1.5 tbsp
Butter - 1.5 tbsp
Milk - 350 ml

Sprinkle yeast on the bottom of container of bread-maker, sift flour on the top of yeast, add other ingredients, pour milk (water) in the end. Bake with the program "Basic", medium size bread (700g), average crust.

Sweet bread with poppy seeds and dried fruits

Ingredients:
Instant dry yeast - 1.5 tsp or 10g fresh yeast
Wheat flour - 450g
Salt - 0.5 tsp
Sugar - 2 tbsp
Butter - 2 tbsp
Milk - 250 ml
For the filling: poppy seeds - 100g sugar - 150g milk - 100 ml (to cover poppy seeds with sugar), raisins, apricots, cherries.

Sprinkle yeast on the bottom of container of bread-maker, sift flour on the top of yeast, add other ingredients, pour milk in the end. Set mode "Dough." While the dough is kneading, make the filling. Mix poppy seeds with sugar, pour the milk and cook until it thickens, but not to the state of caramel!

Cheese bread

Ingredients:
Instant dry yeast 1 tsp
wheat flour 450 g
salt 1.5 tsp
sugar 2.5 tbsp
milk powder 1.5 tbsp
vegetable oil 1.5 tbsp
1 egg + 1 yolk
finely cut cheese 100g
water 180 ml
  
Sprinkle yeast on the bottom of container of bread-maker, sift flour on the top of yeast, add other ingredients, pour water in the end. Bake in the mode "Basic bakery", medium size bread (700g), average crust.

French bread

Ingredients:
Instant dry yeast – 1tsp. or fresh yeast - 7g
Wheat flour - 400g
Salt - 1 tsp
Milk - 1,5 tbsp
Butter – 1 tbsp
Water - 280ml

Sprinkle yeast on the bottom of container of bread-maker, sift flour on the top of yeast, add other ingredients, pour milk in the end. Bake in the "French" mode "Bakery".
