First grade flour
Wheat flour for bakery higher and first grade
It is made from soft wheat, according to ISO 3768: 2010
Quality parameters:
- Humidity to – 13.6 -15%
- Whiteness – 57-62 units
- Gluten – 25-27%
- MDG – 60-90 units,
It is used for baking different kinds of bread, bakery products, confectionery, pizza, pancakes, biscuits, dumplings.
Flour is sold in bulk – transported by special flour tracks and bagged, packaged in 50, 25, 10 and 5 kg.
Flour is also packed in packages weighing 1, 2,3kg.
